Agile Coach (Contract)

Oliver James have partnered with a leading financial services client in Zurich, Switzerland to support them in finding an Agile Consultant to enhance their Agile working practices while managing and improving Kanban processes.

Acting as both the Agile Coach & Kanban Master, the role combines the responsibilities of coaching teams in Agile methodologies and managing the Kanban flow, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality work in an efficient manner. The role offers an initial 9 month contract and a flexible home office policy.

Requirements

1. Proven track record in Agile Coaching within complex organisations
2. Experience managing and optimising Kanban processes
3. Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
4. Business Fluency in English with German preferred

We have generous daily rates on offer and you will be able to work either via your own GmbH consulting business or as a temporary employee of Oliver James.
