Customer Support Agent

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating difficult situations.
- Proficiency with customer support software (Gorgias) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
- High level of empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate information.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges through our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with their purchase decisions and answer questions about product features, usage, and care.
- Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, marketing, and product development, to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify customer trends and proactively provide feedback to the team to help improve products and service procedures.
- Uphold the brand's positive image and voice in all communications
Working conditions
Part Time: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
