Your missions :

Within the Corporate IT department, reporting to the CIO Office, you will be responsible for the Project Management Office and for the quality of Ceva Santé Animale's Information Systems Department (DSI).

As such, your missions are :

As PMO Manager, your objective is to contribute to the efficient management of our projects, support the IT department in scaling up in terms of organization, methods and processes, and help steer the business. As such, you :

  1. Ensure the implementation and proper execution of project processes, methods and tools within the IT Department.
  2. Coordinate PMO best practices with operational project managers.
  3. Support and develop the project methodology and associated documentation (Opportunity studies, Move To Run, etc.).
  4. Manage and develop project management tools: IT Portfolio Management (Smartsheet - 350 IT/business users), Application Lifecycle Management (JIRA).
  5. Report on project activity performance within the IT Department.
  6. Participate in the Group's PMO community (IT & Business).
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and the implementation of best practices within the organization.

As Quality Manager for Ceva Santé Animale's Information Systems Department (ISD). You define the level of service quality and ensure that it is respected. As such, you :
  1. Develop and maintain a quality-oriented approach and mindset, in line with the Group's RLQ (Right Level of Quality).
  2. Maintain the IT Quality Management System (IT QMS Site - Sharepoint).
  3. Ensure proper documentation processes and practices.
  4. Be the reference for audits and inspections (GxP inspections, CAC, etc.).
  5. Manage a service center (outsourced service - 3 FTEs) for CSV activities.
  6. Ensure the integration and training of all new IT arrivals.
  7. Manage the continuous improvement process.

Your profile :

You have a 5-year higher education qualification in general engineering or IT, and at least 5 years' experience in project management. The PMO has enabled you to develop your business and technological culture, your interpersonal skills and your managerial abilities.

You have experience and an appetite for taking a global, cross-functional view of all projects, in both business and technical areas. You have experience with project methods (ideally project management certifications) and project management tools (PPM tools - Portfolio Project Management, SMARTSHEET, JIRA, etc.).
Ideally, you also have proven knowledge of quality management in the pharmaceutical environment (GxP), audit/inspection management and CAPAs.

In addition, you demonstrate :

  1. Rigor, organization, methodology and ability to synthesize.
  2. Communication, interpersonal skills and leadership.
  3. Analysis, problem-solving and change management.
  4. Continuous improvement and promoting a culture of operational excellence.
  5. Creativity and innovation.
  6. Good command of IT/digital tools.
