The Role

The Implementation Director will oversee the deployment of AI-enabled revenue cycle

solutions for health system partners. The position requires expertise in healthcare operations and technology implementations, such as Epic rollout and optimization, to facilitate adoption, change management, and measurable performance improvements.

This role includes responsibilities in operations, technology, and client management, guiding projects from initial assessment through launch and ongoing optimization. The role is suitable for individuals with 3–5 years of healthcare implementation or operations experience who are seeking leadership responsibilities in a technology-focused company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects, from workflow evaluation to full deployment of AI-

driven revenue cycle solutions.

  • Work with health system executives, operators, and technical teams to define

project goals, scope, and metrics for success.

  • Organize change management protocols to support staff adoption and operational

integration.

  • Convert workflows into structured requirements for engineering and product teams.

  • Set up project governance structures, including committees, regular meetings, and

executive briefings.

  • Track solution performance after launch and drive continuous improvement efforts.

  • Act as the main contact between client representatives and internal engineering

teams.

  • Assume responsibility for client outcomes, reporting to senior leadership within

both organizations.Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or technology

implementation.

  • Detailed knowledge of revenue cycle workflows; background in Epic

implementation, optimization, or revenue cycle operations is beneficial.

  • Demonstrated skill leading cross-functional projects in complex health system

settings.

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and capacity to mediate between operational

and technical considerations.

  • Effective project management abilities, including defining scope, managing

schedules, and delivering results.

  • Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions and stakeholder relations.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Interest in healthcare process improvement using AI and automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $111, $133,725.58 per year

Work Location: Remote
