What You'll Do

  • Connect with clients to understand their personal goals, family needs, and long-term financial priorities
  • Recommend customized life insurance solutions, including term, whole, and universal life coverage options
  • Educate clients on related financial topics such as retirement planning, estate strategies, and income protection
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and service
  • Use digital tools and CRM systems to organize client information and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes
  • Achieve sales and service goals while maintaining an ethical, client-first approach

What You'll Bring

  • A valid Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related advisory role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using digital platforms, CRM tools, and remote meeting software
  • A proactive, consultative mindset with a genuine desire to help clients make informed financial decisions
