We're looking for an experienced
Creative Director
to lead and elevate the creative direction of our brand and the brands of the independent financial advisors we serve. This high-impact leadership role will empower a team to deliver bold, strategic ideas across digital, video, web, social, and print—ensuring every touchpoint is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and drives engagement.
You'll collaborate across departments to align creative with strategy, build strong relationships throughout the organization, and create opportunities for your team to lead the creative direction of multi-channel campaigns.

What You'll Do
Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Set and articulate the creative vision and standards for our internal brand and client-facing work.
- Inspire and lead a team to develop fresh, high-impact creative.
- Own the creative strategy and brand expression across all mediums (digital, video, social, print, web).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client success, digital, events, media, and sales, to ensure creative is aligned with strategic goals, audience insights, and business objectives.
- Push creative boundaries while upholding brand consistency and performance alignment.
- Explore and integrate AI tools and workflows to enhance design efficiency, creative production, and scalability.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide constructive direction and feedback that sharpens creative output and develops team skills.
- Manage creative workflow, prioritizing projects and balancing team capacity across multiple initiatives.
Campaign & Creative Development
- Lead the concepting and execution of multi-channel campaigns for both CreativeOne and our advisor clients.
- Translate strategic objectives into cohesive creative concepts that connect emotionally and visually.
- Oversee storytelling across formats, ensuring consistent brand expression from first impression to final conversion.
Brand Development & Execution
- Evolve and enforce CreativeOne's brand standards, tone, and identity.
- Guide brand development projects for clients—helping financial advisors express their unique value through naming, identity, and visual direction.
- Ensure all creative work enhances perception, drives engagement, and elevates our position as a leader in the financial marketing space.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years of creative experience in an agency, in-house, or hybrid environment.
- Strong portfolio of work that spans digital, print, video, and integrated campaigns.
- Proven experience managing and developing creative teams.
- Exceptional conceptual thinker with the ability to guide design and storytelling that drive results.
- Deep understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and audience psychology.
- Expert-level design sensibility with a strong eye for typography, layout, and digital UX.
- Awareness of emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted design and automation tools.
- Skilled at giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Understanding of financial services or regulated industries is a plus, but not required.
