Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, provide technical solutions, and support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of K4Connect's solutions.
Develop and deliver customized technical proposals and solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering technical inquiries, conducting solution assessments, and addressing customer concerns.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product enhancements, and drive product development initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote K4Connect's solutions and generate leads.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering, preferably in the enterprise software or healthcare industry.
Strong technical background with knowledge of enterprise software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integration technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of driving sales revenue, meeting or exceeding targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience working with a startup is a plus.
