*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Deliver on-site IT support to education customers across Wiltshire
* Troubleshoot issues with LANs, operating systems, and software
* Support users with desktop hardware and software queries (Windows/macOS/iOS)
* Use our Service Desk system to manage and resolve tickets efficiently
* Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex issues
* Contribute to exciting IT projects during school holidays
* Maintain documentation and share knowledge across the team
*What We’re Looking For*
* At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
* Understanding of networking, desktop support, and infrastructure
* Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* A proactive, friendly, and customer-focused approach
* Full UK manual driving licence (essential for site visits)
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (provided by us)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Location: In-person, based in Chippenham with travel across Wiltshire
