general civil litigation defense

general liability, premises liability, product liability, and insurance matters

About the Role The ideal candidate will have
3–5 years of experience
managing
complex civil litigation matters
from inception through trial. Responsibilities include
drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, representing clients in depositions and court appearances
, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.

Qualifications
3–5 years of civil litigation experience
, preferably in
general liability
JD from an
ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
and legal research/writing skills
Ability to manage cases
from inception to trial
Demonstrated
professionalism, initiative, and teamwork
Active
Florida Bar admission
