Field Marketing Manager

JOIN THE PRIME PAINTING TEAM AS OUR FIELD MARKETING MANAGER

Prime Painting Calgary is growing fast, and we're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-driven Field Marketing Manager to help us connect with the community, generate high-quality leads, and represent our brand across Calgary and surrounding areas.

We've built our success on customer relationships, trust, and quality workmanship — values that helped us earn the Consumers Choice Award for Southern Alberta in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Now, we're ready to take our marketing to the next level, and we need a passionate leader to make that happen.

Work Term:

November 2025 – April 2025
(Summer terms are available for qualified candidates)

Wage:

Commission Only – $50 per Estimate Booked

We expect a motivated Field Marketing Manager to book approximately 1 estimate per hour, resulting in an average of $50/hour. Top performers often exceed this with consistent outreach and effective team management.

Bonuses:

Performance bonuses are awarded for achieving lead targets, successful event execution, and overall customer satisfaction ratings.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Thrives on meeting new people and building relationships in the community
• Has experience in event marketing, sales, or community outreach
• Brings a creative, problem-solving mindset — thinks on their feet and adapts fast
• Is organized and goal-oriented, capable of tracking campaign metrics and results
• Enjoys working both independently and with a small, tight-knit team
• Holds a valid Class 5 driver's license and has access to a reliable vehicle
• Has experience with social media, lead tracking, or CRM systems (preferred but not required)

What You'll Do:

• Represent Prime Painting Calgary at trade shows, community events, and residential canvassing campaigns
• Oversee door-to-door and field marketing crews to ensure brand consistency and professional representation
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive new client inquiries and brand awareness
• Manage lead tracking, follow-ups, and communication with potential clients
• Collaborate with management to set and reach weekly and monthly lead goals

No Marketing Degree Required
