Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Plan and prepare menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, knife skills, and proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with the catering team to create delightful meal options for special events.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional service during meal preparation and plating, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role or similar position within the food industry.
- Strong background in fine dining experience with a focus on menu planning and meal preparation.
- Demonstrated expertise in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience working in catering services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- A passion for culinary arts combined with creativity in menu development.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
