- Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
- Learn It All - Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the AI technical community while educating customers on Azure platform.
- Accelerate customer outcomes - Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
- 10+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, with a specific focus on AI & ML technologies and good knowledge data.
- Experience acquired from Partner, End customer
- Technical Skills:
- Technical Knowledge on LLM, SLM, RAG, ...
- Be recognised as an expert on ML & ML OPS, knowledge on LLM Apps & LLM OPS
- Proficiency in development languages such as Python, R, Java,...
- Knowledge in AI Orchestrator framework like Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel
- Understand neuronal networks and new Transformer architecture pattern
- Ability to deliver architecture design, MVP upskilling workshops
- Knowledge in Copilot, Responsible AI
- Soft Skills are also critical to be successful in that job
