Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies. Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and other relevant certifications are a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
