Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive sales growth, lead our sales team, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate has a proven record in sales management within the building materials or home improvement industry and is passionate about achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retail customers
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and product displays
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and inventory planning

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a senior sales role
• Experience in the building materials or construction supply industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Results-driven with excellent negotiation abilities
• Proficient with sales tracking tools and basic computer software
