You'll be the face of Delta Watertec for greenhouse and nursery customers across the Lower Mainland, building relationships, learning their operations, and helping them solve real irrigation and water-management challenges. Over time, you'll grow into a recognized specialist in this space, with the chance to expand your reach to Vancouver Island, the BC Interior, and beyond.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll manage and grow a key territory serving greenhouse and nursery operations across the Lower Mainland.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with greenhouse growers, nursery owners, and industry partners
  • Visit customer sites to understand their needs and recommend tailored irrigation and water-management solutions
  • Develop a proactive growth plan to expand Delta Watertec's presence in the greenhouse and nursery market
  • Prepare quotes, manage deals through CRM, and support customers from first conversation to project completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and operations) to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Stay informed on horticulture trends, new irrigation technologies, and funding programs impacting growers
  • Represent Delta Watertec at industry events, trade shows, and local horticulture associations
