- Ensure the cohesion and performance of the regional team

Your team
Within the Regional Sales sector, you are part of a large team of 5 to 10 colleagues and report to the regional management. Requirements
- Hold a university certificate and 5 years of management experience; OR a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience; OR a master's degree and 2 years of experience
- Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Experience in change management
- Willingness to travel as needed
