Sales Representative and Trainer

Sosen is looking for a Full Time Sales Representative/Demonstrator and Trainer for the Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas for our Jouviance skin care brand.

As a Sales Representative with experience in the cosmetic industry, you provide superior service in sales and business development by establishing relationships with customers, store staff to help build the brand.

We are looking for a candidate with strong skincare knowledge, customer service, Business and selling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage day to day activities and tasks necessary to successfully complete projects on time, within a budget and according to scheduled appointments.
• Responsible for delivering volume objectives for the territory, and sales.
• Analyze and control expenditures.
• Analyze sales activities and work to improve sales in the specified territory.
• Servicing and supporting all accounts during a pre-determined call cycle.
• Ensure the brand always has a maximized presence, inventory management, and merchandising standards are met.
• Flexible availability including the ability to work weekends.
• Conduct in-store training.

Experience and requirements

• You have 3 years in the beauty industry, especially in the Pharmacy environment.
• You value customer service and have great organizational skills.
• You are available from Tuesday to Saturday
• You have a valid driver's license and car. You can travel easily around Edmonton, and remote areas.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
