Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external systems to support billing and performance initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to define key metrics and create actionable reporting dashboards. Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve billing practices and revenue cycle outcomes. Provide predictive analytics and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data clearly. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to learn and navigate various software platforms and systems. Requirements:
