to design and optimize transformer windings that meet performance, efficiency, and reliability requirements while ensuring compliance with international standards. Key Responsibilities: Design transformer windings using advanced techniques and tools. Perform electrical, thermal, and mechanical calculations. Select appropriate conductors and insulation materials. Develop detailed drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for transformer integration. Support prototype builds, trials, and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. 6–10 years of experience in power transformer winding design. Strong knowledge of transformer principles, short-circuit withstand, and insulation design. Proficiency in CAD/design tools (AutoCAD, NX, Inventor, etc.).
