Get Found
  • Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories, and GPS.
  • Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.
  • Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
Get Chosen
  • Review: Centralize, reply to, and analyze customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.
  • Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.
  • Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger, and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
Get Clients
  • Payments: Be able to offer online or QR code payment to customers.
  • Click & Collect: Allow customers to buy products online and pick them up at the point of sale.
  • Delivery: Offer home delivery.

IMPACT

At Partoo, Salesforce and all (or almost) the other tools and processes are managed by the Ops team. Salesforce was implemented in-house 6 years ago, and since then every newcomer of the team has been trained to acquire some expertise on the topic and be autonomous on their projects. Today, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin that can help us bring operational efficiency to the next step.

TEAM

Your role being transverse, you will be attached to the Ops Team, composed of the Enterprise Team (6+ people) managed by Fanny and the SMBs Team (3+ people) managed by Clément. They all have a deep knowledge of Salesforce back-office, but they need your guidance to keep our Salesforce strong over time. You will report to Clément and be involved in the Ops Team routines.

MISSIONS

  • Ensure the health of the Salesforce back-office: user role and profile management, flow management, architecture management, etc. Objective: have a Salesforce under control.
  • Lead & contribute to the refactoring of Salesforce for the SMBs Teams (which might include the integration of Chargebee).
  • Work with the Ops team on the technical aspects of their projects, sometimes as an internal consultant to share your expertise, and sometimes by taking full responsibility for the technical aspects, in direct contact with the business teams.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications like Docusign, Ringover, Hubspot marketing, etc.
  • Train the Ops team on Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the Salesforce ecosystem in order to proactively propose improvements to the existing Salesforce setup.
  • We might consider some projects like CPQ and/or a new billing tool implementation in 2025.

€60,000 - €70,000 a year
