Design, orchestrate, and optimize data pipelines to process trading, market, and asset data
Work with diverse data sources and ensure a seamless data flow across systems
Implement robust validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data accuracy and consistency
Build and refine scalable analytics tools and data models that support pricing, structuring, and trading activities
Assess and enhance the performance of ML models and analytics solutions
Collaborate closely with structurers, traders, and analysts to improve data accessibility and drive innovation

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data transformation libraries
Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI
Familiarity with Git, ML libraries, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
