• Design, orchestrate, and optimize data pipelines to process trading, market, and asset data
• Work with diverse data sources and ensure a seamless data flow across systems
• Implement robust validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data accuracy and consistency
• Build and refine scalable analytics tools and data models that support pricing, structuring, and trading activities
• Assess and enhance the performance of ML models and analytics solutions
• Collaborate closely with structurers, traders, and analysts to improve data accessibility and drive innovation

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data transformation libraries
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI
• Familiarity with Git, ML libraries, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
