Über
Provides and directs all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to guidelines and professional standards and community goals. Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Appropriately and effectively completes documentation including evaluations, daily progress notes, summaries or monthly reports as required.
Use professional judgement to ensure safety of self, patients and others at all times.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
Develop treatment plan and provide treatment, consistent with benefit and reimbursement level for best functional outcome for patient.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
