Your missions

With a Bac+2 level and above, you demonstrate a real appetite for mastering complex software solutions. After a solid training, you will work in technical environments to do administration, configuration and user support such as TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance)

As part of a project team deployed at one of our customers, you will reliably organize and manage the data tables of SAP Ariba and related applications used.

This will ensure that the systems are reliable and that users have effective support.

As a technical referent, your missions could be:

• Maintenance of solutions in operational condition: management of version upgrades, incident expertise,
• Writing and updating technical documentation,
• Definition and implementation of observability tools (monitoring, reporting)

Apps used:

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) type SAP 4/Hana & SAP Ariba
• Business Intelligence (BI) type QlikSense, SAP BI
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) type UiPath, SAP BPA (Business Process Automation
• Ticketing platform such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zoho

Your profile

• Initial training in computer science, information systems, database management, business intelligence, etc.
• Similar experiences required: internships, work-study programs or first jobs
• Strong appetite for innovation, digital technology and startup spirit,
• Sense of relationship and customer service, ability to adapt and exchange with different types of interlocutors,
• Fluency in technical/computer English is required.
• Driving and united team members in the success of their business,
• A balance specific to each one between autonomy and local management,
