We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home community care. This role involves working with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics, to develop and implement effective treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and quality of life.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and needs.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic protocols.
* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
*Qualifications*
* A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy techniques relevant to various patient populations.
* Experience in geriatrics or pediatrics is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with outpatient settings and hospital systems is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Ability to develop rapport with patients while demonstrating empathy and understanding of their conditions.
* Commitment to providing high-quality care that meets the needs of each individual patient.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
