*Work side-by-side with chiropractors, performance coaches, and personal trainers to deliver integrated care. You’ll have ongoing, interdisciplinary training across:*
* *Sports performance & functional training*
* *Variety of patient populations from all age ranges including ortho, neuro and pelvic floor and includes in clinic and mobile visits*
* *Chiropractic & active care integration*
* *Nutrition & wellness programs*
* *Laser weight loss*
* *STEMwave pain management*
* *LASER therapy for pain & neuropathy*
* *Assisted stretch & recovery services*
* *Tumbling & athletic development programs*
*Your Role:*
* *Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized outpatient treatment programs*
* *Collaborate daily with chiropractors, trainers, and performance staff*
* *Progress patients from injury recovery to return-to-sport/performance goals*
* *Participate in case reviews, CE, and team development initiatives*
* *Help shape a progressive, patient-centered rehab & performance culture*
*Qualifications:*
* *Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program*
* *Active North Carolina PT license (or ability to obtain)*
* *Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and multidisciplinary care*
* *Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills*
* *Passion for helping people move, perform, and live better*

Projected Total Compensation: $82,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
