As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization\'s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze network requirements, plan network upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to meet business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise in networking technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Job Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end networking solutions for enterprise and AI workloads, with a focus on bandwidth-intensive and latency-sensitive applications such as generative AI, HPC, and edge computing. Lead hands-on deployment, integration, and validation of hardware (switches, routers, edge platforms) and software (network operating systems like Enterprise SONiC, SmartFabric OS10) in data centers, edge locations, and virtual environments. Work directly with customers or internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create network blueprints, and perform configuration, connectivity testing, and troubleshooting. Develop, implement, and document best practices for scalability, reliability, automation, and security in network architectures. Required Hands-On Experience
Direct experience with physical deployment and configuration of Ethernet switches (400GbE/800GbE), InfiniBand, SD-WAN, virtualization functions (VNFs), and next-generation edge devices. Proficiency in operational tools and network operating systems for orchestration, monitoring, and life-cycle management (e.g., SONiC, SmartFabric Manager). Expertise in testing, benchmarking, and optimizing network performance for AI clusters and high-density compute/storage fabrics. Background in scripting and automation (e.g., Ansible) for deployment and management of fabric architectures. Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position starts at $126,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. EEO Statement
