We are looking for a
Staff
Data Engineer/Scientist
to tackle challenging problems. You will support the development of AI/ML algorithms across large language models, natural language processing, and time?series predictive analytics. Additionally, you will work with a team of researchers and developers eager to mentor and share expertise. We offer generous relocation benefits. Responsibilities Assemble large, complex data sets to support AI/ML algorithm implementation. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including re?designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes. Build required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources. Curate and maintain data stored in support of metrics and evaluation. Design, build, test, maintain, and automate data collection pipelines. Develop dashboards for data analytics. Implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning algorithms. Use Agile methodologies to develop software.
Required Qualifications
U.S. in data science, AI/ML, computer science, or related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer/Scientist. Experience developing data pipelines and normalizing data with canonical Python packages (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Polars). Active TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. Government Security Clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in data science, AI/ML, computer science, or related field. Experience with GitLab, DevSecOps utilizing test?driven development, containers (e.g., Docker, Docker Compose), cloud services (e.g., AWS), and distributed computing tools (e.g., Spark, PySpark). Active TS/SCI with a recent Full?Scope Polygraph (FSP) U.S. Government Security Clearance.
Pay Range
$130,000 $200,000. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case?by?case basis and may vary based on job?related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Application Window
