*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* with expertise in *pediatric feeding therapy and* *orofacial myology*. This is a *part-time position* with the potential to grow into a *full-time role* as our caseload expands. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children and families, highly skilled in pediatric feeding, and trained in orofacial myology interventions.
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Current ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
* Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Idaho
* Completion of *Feed the Peds training*, or similar pediatric feeding training, strongly preferred
* *Formal training and certification in Orofacial Myology preferred* (IAOM or equivalent)
* Experience working with infants and children with feeding, swallowing, and oral motor disorders
* Strong clinical documentation, communication, and family collaboration skills
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric feeding and orofacial myology needs
* Provide evidence-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy (as appropriate)
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals for holistic care
* Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards
* Stay current with continuing education and best practices in pediatric feeding and orofacial myology

Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $43.00 - $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
