*THE RIGHT FIT:*
We are currently hiring a *_Verification Pharmacy_* to join our team and direct technicians in the areas of workflow, accuracy, and the dispensing process. This pharmacist role is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medications to patients. Pharmacists must ensure the highest quality and accuracy in delivering patient prescriptions is maintained throughout the customer experience and interaction with the pharmacy.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
The successful Verification Pharmacist candidate will be responsible for the following key performance measures:
* Perform and oversee the dispensing process and associated record-keeping activities
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving concerns and questions from patients and providers, including appropriate applicable documentation.
* Participation in the orientation and training of new pharmacists and associates.
* Knowledge and adherence to the national pharmacist regulations and standards of practice
* Leadership, supervision, and direction to pharmacy technicians, interns, and shipping associates.
* Ensuring patient information is handled in a HIPAA compliant manner.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required
* Current license as a registered pharmacist in Montana required
* Minimum of 1 Years Experience in customer service delivery or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s Degree
* Prior retail pharmacy experience preferred
* Must be able to relocate or reliably commute to Missoula, MT pharmacy location
