*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:* Our team oversees quality assurance for our products, ensuring all products and services comply with regulatory standards and functional requirements. We are looking for a team member to help verify that all products consistently meet or exceed customer specifications and the company's quality guarantees.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *
* Set up, install, and configure test equipment and testbeds
* Construct test environments with integrated hardware and software components, according to specified testing criteria
* Analyze integration points between products and ensure business needs are satisfied across product suite
* Assist with executing system test plans and provide testing coverage based on release content
* Design, write, maintain and execute automated and manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts including regression tests, functional tests, performance tests, and integration tests
* Create test processes for new and existing software products
* Evaluate and define test automation strategies
* Utilize internal platforms to construct and configure databases customized to meet diverse customer specifications
* Encourage adoption of best practices throughout the Scrum agile-based, software development life cycle
* Work with the development team to resolve software bugs/defects
* Generate and report on test metrics
* Support product use in the field and assist in the resolution of customer issues
*Job QUALIFICATION:*
* Four-year degree from an accredited university in a technical field
* 0-3 years of experience. A Master’s degree may be substituted for 1-year experience.
* 0-3 years of experience working in a team using Agile Development methodologies (Scrum)
* Experience with software tools such as Jira, Selenium, TestComplete, and other test automation and management platforms
* Experience with testing web and mobile (Android or iOS) software applications
* Well-versed in all testing methodologies (white vs. black-box test work, system vs. functional)
* A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process
* Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
* Advanced level English language communication skills
* Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*
* Knowledge and understanding of software programs, hardware testing, and/or network configuration
* Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers
* Ability to analyze problems and identify potential solutions and preventive measures
* Proactive in acquiring new knowledge and embracing opportunities beyond established responsibilities
* Ability and willingness to travel up to ~10% of the time
*Physical Demands*
Prolonged activity occurs while sitting at a desk at the computer/phone. There may be intermittent physical activity including walking and standing.
*Working Environment*
This position is typically in an office environment with ambient room temperatures, lighting, and traditional office equipment as found in an office environment.

*The position will be located in our Denver, CO office. The expected salary range for this position is $56,485 to $60,000 depending on experience. The role is also bonus and benefits eligible.*
