We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, 7-surgery NHS dental practice in Middlesborough. This is a high-performing site with significant NHS demand and a supportive clinical team. The practice uses SFD software and benefits from an onsite Clinical Lead. Key Details: * Up to 7,500 UDAs available * UDA rate up to £15.00, dependent on experience * No therapist fees * Additional monthly fee available for supervisory responsibilities (dependent on days worked) * Modern, well-equipped 7-surgery practice * High NHS demand and patient flow * SFD software in use * Onsite Clinical Lead for support and guidance Supervisory Role Available: We are also seeking a dentist who can take on a supervisory function within the practice. This includes: * Providing clinical oversight and support to therapists * Advising on treatment plans * Taking on treatments where appropriate * Receiving an additional monthly fee for this responsibility Candidate Requirements: * GDC registered * NHS performer number * Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient care * Experience in supervising or mentoring clinicians is desirable but not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-run practice with strong clinical leadership and generous UDA allocation.
