SuperMoney, a 3x Deloitte Tech Fast 500 winner and 4x Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies honoree, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help us with this mission.
This is an exciting opportunity to further expand upon SuperMoney's winning search engine and social media marketing strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of paid search/social performance marketing campaigns and strategies to drive company growth and support the needs of the business. This position will work alongside a team of seasoned experts to enhance current campaigns and test new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success across in-house or agency roles working on sites with millions of monthly visits. They won’t be afraid of digging into large sets of data to spot trends and opportunities. They are highly motivated, analytical, and intellectually curious team members who want to become digital marketing experts and want to join and learn from a world-class team.
FYI: Must be within reasonable commuting distance of our Santa Ana, CA office. This is not a remote role. We are a minimum four days per week in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search and paid social platforms
Build ad campaigns, analyze results, and optimize
Execute on keyword, audience, and competitor research
Write compelling ad copy that maximizes campaign performance
Develop and implement CRO testing strategies
Leverage AI for automation and optimization
Supervise and report on ROI and KPIs
Troubleshoot fluctuations in conversion rate, CTR, quality score, impression share, etc.
Communicate regularly with management on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with SEM experience preferred
Strong understanding of financial services is preferrable
A proven ability to turn insights and analysis into channel growth
MUST BE HIGHLY PROFICIENT in use of paid media tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, AdWords Editor, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree is required. Major/minor in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Web Technologies, or related field is preferred.
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Extreme attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Ability to conduct mathematical analysis of trend data
General HTML knowledge; however, this is not a Web dev role
