Stellenangebot

Wer Sie sind

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong Python skills and experience with data streaming and time-series databases (e.g., InfluxDB)
  • Familiarity with scientific instruments, sensors, and hardware communication protocols
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana), version control (Git), and collaborative coding practices
  • Knowledge of automation systems and electronic lab notebooks is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Design scalable infrastructure for processing real-time data from scientific experiments
  • Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines for recording and backing up sensor and instrument data
  • Create dashboards and visualization tools to enable real-time monitoring of experiments
  • Support the integration of electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and ensure data quality, documentation, and researcher support
