Wer Sie sind
- Proven experience (min 3-4 years) in managing projects from start to finish with clients, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.
- Project Management Tools (ex. monday.com, Asana, Trello or similar)
- Speak & write native (C2) in German
- Speak & write professional level (B2+) in English
- Experience in a marketing agency, creative services, or brand strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects, preferably in a dynamic, creative, or digital setting.
- True passion for tourism, hospitality, traveling
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for fostering strong professional relationships.
- Passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Strong alignment with key values such as trust & autonomy.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey — from initial lead discussions to post-launch follow-ups
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful execution within scope.
- Coordinate internal resources.
- Work closely with peers and specialists across the organization to exchange insights and drive continuous improvement.
