Wer Sie sind
- Background in Human Resources, Completed education with HR-related training (HR Clerk, HR Specialist, or similar)
- Excellent communication abilities in both German (B2+) and English (B2+), additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a similar role, especially payroll and time tracking
- Familiarity with time tracking/payroll systems, SwissSalary and TimeTool are an advantage
- Strong IT skills
- You approach challenges with humor and composure, and you work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner. You enjoy independent work in a dynamic, international environment.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters. .
- Handle all administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including tax reporting and year-end tasks with ELM
- Manage payroll for EU employees in collaboration with external partners
- Handle insurance claims for illness and accidents
- Responsible for the time tracking system
