MS Exchange & Cloud IT Specialist

• Fluent in English (C1)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) managing on-premises Exchange servers in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Exchange server architecture, including mailbox databases, transport services, and client access protocols
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Exchange Online within Office 365, as well as hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, particularly Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Networking
• Have familiarity with hybrid Exchange deployments and migration strategies
• Preferably hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, or equivalent, with experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks considered advantageous
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Ihre Aufgaben

• Manage on-premises Exchange servers, overseeing installation, configuration, and upkeep
• Monitor server performance, promptly addressing issues to maintain high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute server upgrades, patches, and migrations
• Implement and manage hybrid Exchange deployments to integrate on-premises and cloud environments seamlessly
• Configure email routing, security, and compliance features within Exchange environments
• Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies tailored for Exchange servers
• Provide technical support for Azure Cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Networking, ensuring alignment with business goals
