Wer Sie sind
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Fluency in English; French or German language skills are a plus due to the local context of Lausanne
Ihre Aufgaben
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, conducting project evaluations and assessment of results
