- Effective communication skills in English, with proficiency in German (preferred), French, or Italian being advantageous.
- Hold a degree in computer science or equivalent, with strong expertise in DevOps engineering.
- Possess a profound understanding of authentication, authorization, and familiarity with protocols like SAML and OIDC.
- Proficient in Linux, Git (Gitlab), Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and general DevOps practices, with advantageous programming skills.
- Demonstrate an open mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a keen interest in identity-based solutions and future identity systems.

- Actively contribute to the enhancement of one of Switzerland's largest identity systems.
- Improve digital identity solutions, ensuring operational excellence.
- Support the expansion of services to cloud-native environments using state-of-the-art technologies.
- Identify, analyze, and solve problems collaboratively, while coordinating changes to ensure seamless transition processes.
- Acquire expertise in our service landscape to aid customer connectivity to our identity network and influence partner organizations' identity and security architecture.
- Participate in 2nd/3rd level support and continuously refine products based on direct customer feedback.
