Wer Sie sind
- Good understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach
- Ready to dive into ITSM and DevOps standards and methodologies in depth (examples: ITIL4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SRE practices, Agile, Kanban, SCRUM)
- Experience in coordinating technical/engineering team members in either a line or project context to deliver services with significant levels of use
Ihre Aufgaben
- Ensure that the team can deliver their goals effectively and efficiently
- Ensure transparent and open communication and cooperation
- Help the team to continually improve their processes and ways of working, with a strong focus on self-organisation and self-management. Key areas include agile development workflow management, testing, release, and deployment
- Act as an advocate and mentor for service management practices within an agile, highly technical value stream and enable teams to take day to day responsibility for operating ITSM processes
