Wer Sie sind
- Experience in planning, creating and implementing workflow processes and working procedures (Business procedures)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a demanding environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to handle out-of-band requests
- Experience in developing and maintaining Microsoft Business Central components is a plus
- Experience in developing and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint components is a plus
- Experience with SQL based queries is a plus
- Experience with Business requirements analysis is a plus
- Experience using Jira and Confluence is an advantage
- A knowledge of the financial environment and its terminology would be an advantage
Ihre Aufgaben
- Analyze Business requirements.
- Build, test and deploy processes in Business Central/SharePoint.
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency.
- Build and maintain users’ accesses and permissions in Business Central/SharePoint.
- Work with the Business Systems Team in testing the integrity of Business processes during system upgrades.
- Work with the Data Team to define and build the required underlying data sets and SQL connections.
- Support the rollout of new Business processes and applications.
- Support other IT Engineers in managing Business Central/SharePoint requests and issues.
- Work with external providers to fix issues and support upgrades when required.
