Wer Sie sind

• Fluent in English, French an asset
• Degree in IT
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and ideally previous experience in Development Engineering
• Experience in banking services, in Saas or Bank-as-a-service
• Ability to translate business needs into technical needs, to understand what the Developers are doing and the constraints they face, so as to support them and ensure that they are moving in the right direction
• Good understanding of technology and ability to popularize complex topics
• Living the agile way: ceremonies have no secret for you

Ihre Aufgaben

• Coordinate the launch of new features with the rest of the team
• Prioritise tasks, in agreement with the scrum, internal and sometimes external stakeholders
• Write excellent specifications
• Anticipate and optimise the workload of the scrum
• Develop and manage the scope of work and backlog items (epic/features/user stories)
• Gather as much feedback as possible from different sources and organise it
• Monitor and analyse customer behaviour in order to propose improvements and new features
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, in line with the company's strategic objectives, creating more and more business value through the application
• They are looking for someone with experience of building applications for banking services, used to working with developers in an agile setting. Your job is to understand customers and monitor their behaviour, to increase the business value of the application.
