- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Sales Force, Power BI etc.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments and teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Native language German or French
- Excellent English skills
Ihre Aufgaben
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management and sales team members.
- Supervise and actively work on the implementation of Business Intelligence tools with international markets (Sales Force / RMIS / RIS / Power BI) in order to enhance the digitalization of our distribution and support to sales management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Actively participate in change management activities and supporting the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Plan and coordinate market research studies as support to sales and specific marketing initiatives, and presentation of findings of studies.
- Propose changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
