As they are growing their teams, they are looking for a Head of Enterprise Architecture to join their team in the area of St Gallen, Switzerland. The salary range for this position can go up to CHF 210K+ depending on the profile.

Stellenangebot

Wer Sie sind

  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Master's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent, ideally with a PhD
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or IT Architect with a strategic or architecture management background
  • Very good understanding of corporate business environments, ideally experience in an international or multicultural context
  • Very good understanding of Enterprise Platforms (ERP, Data or Workflow management), Cloud (IaaS/PaaS)
  • Strong analytical skills, great communication skills, bridge between the IT and business sides, result-driven and leadership personality

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Architects that is in charge of manage and develop the company's IT landscape
  • Define targets, roadmaps, optimize IT portfolio and bring IT changes in the company
  • Act as a leader and be involved in the strategic decisions with the senior management on architecture topics
  • Define and implement a systematic approach to IT Portfolio Management, EA governance and organizational enablement to further develop the company's system landscape and architecture practice
  • Bring energy and passion to develop and coach your team as well as further develop people within the company
