As a People & Culture Lead, you will evolve in the heart of our brand new HR/People & Development department. You will be responsible for managing all of our internal hires to find the best TieTalented people across the different markets in Europe.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process of our TieTalentees in close cooperation with our COO.
  • Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals and fit our 5 values.
  • Form close relationships with the hiring managers to ensure clear talent expectations.
  • Devise and implement new sourcing strategies and provide a great hiring experience for our prospective talents to ensure positive experiences.
  • Be an ambassador of our mission and values, strengthen our employer brand and inspire candidates to join TieTalent.
  • Support and improve projects related to employee well-being.
  • Create and evaluate opportunities and offerings for upskilling.
  • Mentoring individuals and Teams, creating materials and designing programs for the TieTalentees.
  • Assist the COO in the internal event planning and company incentives.
  • Make sure that career path is clear to all the team members and nurture their growth within TieTalent.
  • Ihr Profil

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment required (the rest you will be able to learn on the job & develop yourself further).
  • You are fluent in English (C1+, fluent level) mandatory and also either in French (C1+, fluent level) OR German (C1+, fluent level).
  • Bachelor in organizational psychology, business education, adult education or communication.
  • You are strong in people skills, at ease on the phone at very good observational competency.
  • You have a quick eye for analyzing skills and sourcing best profiles.
  • You have a curious mindset that explores possibilities for continuous improvement.
  • You have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • You have a good understanding of the tech landscape (tech-savvy person).
  • You are genuinely interested in hiring trends and best practices to improve the candidate experience.
  • You love working in a fast-paced and quick to change the environment.
  • Ideal previous experience in a tech scale-up (strong plus!)
  • Ideal previous experience in people development throughout different learning & development techniques.
