Due to their activity, they are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team based in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is CHF60-100K/year (depending on profile and years of experience).

Wer Sie sind

  • Fluency in French and a good understanding in English, minimum B2 (Oral and written)
  • German is a plus
  • High interpersonal and communication skills as well as maturity and good stress management

Ihre Aufgaben

  • You will be joining a team that is well advanced in agility (scrum)
  • You will work in a small team, and in close collaboration with the Development and System Engineer teams
  • Processing requests, level 1 support, Troubleshooting
  • Ticketing, Incident management
