Who you are
- Fluency in French and a good understanding in English, minimum B2 (Oral and written)
- German is a plus
- High interpersonal and communication skills as well as maturity and good stress management
Your tasks
- You will be joining a team that is well advanced in agility (scrum)
- You will work in a small team, and in close collaboration with the Development and System Engineer teams
- Processing requests, level 1 support, Troubleshooting
- Ticketing, Incident management
