Wer Sie sind

Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent)
Professional experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Leading Software Development teams
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (C# / .NET)
Leadership skills and demonstrated experience in managing internal and external teams
Proactive personality, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and analytical skills
Intermediary level of German is a plus

Ihre Aufgaben

Manage the successful delivery of different software products and features based on the Microsoft ecosystem (C# / .NET, Azure)
Manage the internal tech team composed of 10 Software Engineers as well as lead external partners working on different software solutions
Define the technical strategies for each product and solution, own the technology stack, ensure the deliverables of external partners
Grow your teams by recruiting and training new employees in the coming months
Manage relationship with external delivery partners
