Wer Sie sind

  • Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent)
  • Professional experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Leading Software Development teams
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (C# / .NET)
  • Leadership skills and demonstrated experience in managing internal and external teams
  • Proactive personality, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Intermediary level of German is a plus

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage the successful delivery of different software products and features based on the Microsoft ecosystem (C# / .NET, Azure)
  • Manage the internal tech team composed of 10 Software Engineers as well as lead external partners working on different software solutions
  • Define the technical strategies for each product and solution, own the technology stack, ensure the deliverables of external partners
  • Grow your teams by recruiting and training new employees in the coming months
  • Manage relationship with external delivery partners
