The company we are recruiting for is a fast-growing scale-up, active in the field of micro-payments. They created a job offer for a Product Owner to integrate into their teams in Lausanne, Switzerland location.

Wer Sie sind
- 3+ years in a previous Product Owner position
- Living the agile way: ceremonies have no secret for you
- Good understanding of technology and ability to popularize complex topics
- A flexible, goal oriented, well-organised and self-started personality
- Willingness to work in startup and have a strong impact
- Fluent in English (written/verbal), French is a plus (Both languages are spoken by the teams)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Own 2-3 products and lead their iterations
- Define user stories & prioritize backlogs with technical leaders
- Work on a daily basis close to users, developers & other stakeholders
- Build insights from user research, interviews & surveys into customer journeys, tests, wireframes, mockups & specs
- Data-drive progress through feedback & analytical insights
- Deliver product evolution with end-to-end quality assurance and good documentation
- Collaborate & synchronize often with other Product Owners, UX Designers, and Project Managers
- Coordinate the launch of new features with technical & operational teams
- Participate in the company goals planning & product ideations
- Report to the CTO and other sponsors
